A lean partnership,
built to be trusted with hard work.

Arditi Solutions is a two-founder partnership between Jeff Weber and Colby Maxey. We take cybersecurity and AI work that other small firms decline and other large firms don’t bother to bid on.

The name
Arditi: the daring ones.

In 1917 the Italian Royal Army formed small, hand-picked units organized for one job: to arrive first and be effective. They chose their people carefully, trained hard, and moved fast. They were called the Arditi — literally, "the daring ones."

We took the name because the ethos maps directly to how we want to work: small, disciplined teams that are trusted with problems others avoid, delivered on the timeline we committed to. We inherit the ethos, not the imagery.

Quality Intelligence, not just Artificial Intelligence.
Founders

A two-person partnership by design.

Arditi runs lean by choice. The two of us cover the surface end to end, and we resist scaling headcount ahead of the work that justifies it.

Operating principles

How we choose to work.

These are decisions we've made ahead of the pressure to break them.

Operator direction

Human operators direct consequential action. Autonomy is a delivery detail, not a marketing position.

Discipline over spectacle

We measure ourselves by whether the work landed and held up — not by the demo we could have run.

Lean by choice

Small teams for hard problems. We resist headcount ahead of the work that justifies it.

Under-served over popular

The largest gaps are in verticals the well-funded competitors don't chase. We prefer those.

Business

Our path to a full consulting practice.

Small federal contracts today. Full-service gov consulting on the strength of past performance tomorrow. Commercial products alongside, in verticals current tooling underserves.
